About the role

As office manager you are the linchpin and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your range of tasks is broad and varied, with plenty of room for initiative and improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the ticket queue to keep up a professional image
• Processing invoicing and payments (largely automated) and sending reminders
• Answering administrative questions from customers
• Phone: working together with colleagues to assist customers and route their calls
• Handling the onboarding of new customers
• Supporting colleagues with planning and calendar management
• Managing holidays and sick leave through the HR system
• Spotting and tackling inefficiencies

What we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as an office manager
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A passion for optimising work processes
• You enjoy contributing to the company's growth
