About Ticket Team
At Ticket Team, you'll work on systems that run daily in places where things never slow down. Think sports venues, museums, and leisure facilities. Everything has to keep running smoothly, even during peak times.
We develop our software and a large part of the hardware ourselves. From ticket sales to access control: everything comes together in a single system. You'll help customers use that system effectively and expand it further.
For our sales team, we're looking for someone who can efficiently organize the commercial back office and wants to grow in sales.
What will you do?
As a Commercial Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and ensure that everything related to sales and inquiries is properly handled. You'll interact frequently with customers, as well as internally with sales and support.
You'll advise customers on the right solution, prepare quotes, and ensure they're followed up on. Meanwhile, you'll maintain an overview in the CRM and identify opportunities with existing customers.
In practice, this means:
- You'll be the first point of contact for customers and advise them on the right solution for their situation
- You prepare quotes, monitor progress, and ensure proper follow-up
- You support the sales team in commercial processes and help further develop opportunities
- You represent Ticket Team during client visits, events, and trade shows
- You ensure that client data and sales activities are carefully recorded in the CRM
You'll join a team of about 20 colleagues and work directly with Pim, Michel, and Bart. Within the sales team, you'll play a central role in the back office and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in sales and support to assist customers quickly and effectively. This way, you'll ensure that inquiries are addressed promptly and that customers know exactly where they stand.
This position is a great starting point after completing a degree in Business Economics or Business Administration. You'll have the opportunity to learn the trade and gradually take ownership of your role. As you grow, you can advance toward a role as an account manager.

You get energy from customer contact and enjoy getting things done. You don't need to be an experienced salesperson yet, but you're eager to learn the trade and develop yourself. You communicate easily, work in a structured manner, and take initiative. You think in terms of solutions and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
