As an operator in The Hague, you will step into an informal and welcoming production environment where technology and teamwork go hand in hand. In this temporary role, you will join an enthusiastic team working in a 3-shift rotation, keeping your workdays nice and dynamic. In addition to a great atmosphere, you can count on an attractive starting salary of €15.54 per hour, which can even double thanks to shift allowances that run up to 100%!

• €15.54 per hour, excl. shift allowance
• Travel allowance: from 10 km €0.23 per km
• 3 shifts: 6AM–2PM, 2PM–10PM, 10PM–6AM
• Temporary position until the end of the year

To keep production running smoothly, it is important that you meet the following requirements as an operator:

• You are 18 years or older
• You speak Dutch or English
• You are willing to work in The Hague
• You are available full-time
• You have your own means of transportation
• You are available to work a 3-shift schedule (6AM–2PM, 2PM–10PM, 10PM–6AM)
• You have demonstrable technical experience, either through work or hobbies

As an operator at Albelli, you are responsible for the entire production process. An average day looks like this: you start up the machines, check product quality, troubleshoot any minor faults, and ensure the production lines run optimally. You work accurately and efficiently to meet our high quality standards.

• Setting up and optimizing machines: You accurately set up and adjust the machines to achieve the best production results.
• Changing materials: You ensure a seamless process by changing the different types of paper in the machines at the right time.
• Troubleshooting: Has production come to a halt? You immediately identify, analyze, and resolve malfunctions so the line is up and running again in no time.
• Monitoring quality: You strictly check the finished products against the set quality standards; only the best work leaves the machine.
• Tracking data and administration: You retrieve the necessary production data and ensure the orders are processed accurately in the administration system.
