Kelly is designed to support employees in their day-to-day work by helping them find information, complete tasks and get the right support faster. In this role, you'll work on AI-driven features for Workspace 365's flagship product, with a strong focus on LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering and scalable Python development.

You won't just be writing code. You'll help shape how AI is used inside our product, how Kelly connects to different data sources, and how we make AI useful, reliable and simple for real users.

A big part of your role will be focused on Kelly and our AI Assistant framework. You'll work on LLM-based solutions, build and improve RAG systems, connect AI features to different data sources and help turn complex AI possibilities into simple, useful product experiences.

This role combines hands-on Python development with AI research, experimentation and collaboration across teams. You'll have the freedom to explore new ideas, but also the responsibility to turn them into reliable, scalable solutions that work for real users.
