As a ServiceNow Developer in Risk, Security and AI Governance in The Hague, you help build secure and responsible digital solutions that support NN's future. You improve how teams manage risk and AI governance across the organisation. In this role, your work helps protect our customers and supports better decision-making.

Your impact at NN: what you will do

You work on the ServiceNow platform to improve how risk, security and AI governance are managed across NN. You build solutions that help teams work more efficiently and meet compliance requirements. Your work connects different teams and systems across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions in ServiceNow, focusing on Integrated Risk Management and AI Control Tower
• Build and improve integrations between ServiceNow and other systems used by security and IT teams
• Work closely with DevOps, Security and IT teams to understand needs and deliver practical solutions
• Support the use of risk and compliance tools by making them easy to access and use
• Monitor and improve platform performance, stability and user experience

Who you will work with

You join the ServiceNow Security DevOps team within the NN Global CISO department. The team consists of six colleagues with different technical and functional backgrounds. You work closely together, share knowledge openly and support each other in daily work.

You also collaborate with teams across NN, including DevOps, IT and Security specialists. This means you have a broad network and can see the direct impact of your work across the organisation.

• Salary between € 5.030 and € 6.707 (based on a 40 hour workweek) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 36 or 38 hours per week
• 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary
• 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and three Diversity Days

Who you are

You enjoy building technical solutions that help others work better. You communicate clearly and work well with different teams.

• You have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (CSA certified or equivalent experience)
• You have experience with JavaScript and building integrations
• You have worked with applications across the full development lifecycle (build, test, maintain)
• You understand risk, security or compliance domains
• You support colleagues by sharing knowledge or coaching when needed
