Polteq is growing and we need you to be part of that! For all regions, we are looking for Test Architects with about 10 years of experience to join our team.

As a Test Architect at Polteq, you will help our clients increase the quality of their IT systems at all stages of the software development lifecycle. This allows a faster transition to production resulting in better quality. As a Test Architect, you will work at the top-200 Dutch companies through Polteq. Software, apps, mobile devices and websites: we test it all. We are the specialist in testing and software quality for a reason. As a Test Architect, you will work at the core of product and application development projects and play a crucial role in our clients' business. Working in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams, you will develop both your technical knowledge and soft skills.

What will you do?

As a Test Architect, you will work on a variety of challenging projects in diverse environments. You will contribute your technical knowledge to specialized, multidisciplinary teams at customer sites. Your activities are mainly focused on establishing and implementing the roadmap for testing in different projects. You are familiar with various testing models and methodologies and the fundamental concepts of test automation. In addition, you have experience implementing test process improvements. What do you bring?

HBO/WO working and thinking level, you speak Dutch and have at least about 10 years of experience in software testing

ISTQB or TMAP® certified at Advanced level

Experience with multiple testing techniques, tools and methodologies

Experience setting up and improving test frameworks and processes

You have experience in defining and implementing test processes for various projects

Social and communication skills in Dutch and English, as well as good leadership skills

In addition, you are flexible, creative, accurate and can work well together

In possession of a driver's license B and willing to travel
