Hardware developer

About Ticket Team

At Ticket Team, you'll work on systems that run daily in places where things never stop. Think sports venues, museums, and leisure facilities. Everything has to keep working there, even during peak times.

We develop our software and a large part of the hardware ourselves. From ticket sales to access control: everything comes together in a single system. You ensure that this hardware works reliably and continues to meet our customers' needs.

We're looking for someone to join our team who loves to build, test, and improve.

What will you do?

As a Hardware Developer, you'll work on developing, improving, and maintaining our hardware solutions. Think of scan units, access systems, and other equipment used directly by visitors.

You'll work closely with software developers and support to create solutions that function well in practice. You'll be involved not only in development but also in testing, customizing, and installing systems at client sites.

In practice, this means:

  • You develop and build hardware solutions for access control and ticketing
  • You maintain and repair existing hardware
  • You test and optimize systems to ensure they continue to operate reliably
  • You collaborate with software developers to ensure hardware and software work seamlessly together
  • You install and configure systems at client sites
  • You contribute ideas for new applications and improvements

You work in an environment where no two days are the same. Sometimes you're working on a new design, other times you're troubleshooting an issue or adapting an existing solution.

Who are you?

You enjoy building things and figuring out how to improve them. You see problems as challenges and don't stop until it works.

You work in a structured manner, think practically, and collaborate easily with colleagues. You feel at home in a technical environment and enjoy working on solutions that are actually used.

What helps:

  • You have experience with or an affinity for hardware and technology
  • You have knowledge of computer systems and infrastructure
  • You work systematically and maintain a clear overview
  • You think in terms of solutions and work with precision
  • A vocational degree in electrical engineering is a plus
  • You have a driver's license

What do we offer?

You'll join a team where you'll work on tangible solutions that are put to immediate practical use.

You can count on:

  • A competitive salary based on your experience
  • 26 days of vacation and a pension plan through Bright Pensioen
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position
  • Use of a company car
  • Lunch in our "bar" and regular get-togethers
  • A varied work environment with diverse projects

You can fill the position full-time, but part-time is negotiable. More importantly, we value your ability to take initiative and accept responsibility.
