Product Owner – E-commerce (DTC)

We are seeking a Freelance Product Owner to join a leading eCommerce DTC team within a global fashion and lifestyle company in Amsterdam. In this role, you will define and drive the product vision, manage the roadmap, and deliver impactful improvements across high-traffic digital platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including CRO, analytics, CRM, marketing, and engineering to improve conversion, performance, and customer experience. Using data, user insights, and A/B testing, you ensure continuous, value-driven product optimization.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on business and user value;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver e-commerce improvements;
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and data-driven decision making;
• Work closely with the Scrum team to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery;
• Monitor performance through OKRs, analytics, and user insights to continuously improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in e-commerce or high-traffic digital environments;
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices;
• Proven experience with CRO, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and user insights into product decisions.
