This role is part of our Data and Application Integration Team in EMEA IT (GBI-EU) team.
As IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer, your responsibilities will be as below.
• Develop and maintain B2B/EDI and A2A integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
• Configure and support EDI transactions, communication protocols
• Design and manage business processes, workflows, and data mapping
• Monitor test/production environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide L2/L3 support for end-to-end B2B Integration solutions that connect Omron business partners, suppliers and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements for the full cycle of integration solution development
• Identify, record and escalate complex customer needs that require higher-tier resource involvement, ensuring continuity and timely resolution
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to the integrations across business applications to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Contribute to projects by optimizing business processes and advancing the overall IT function
