Support Assistant

About Ticket Team

At Ticket Team, you'll work on systems that run daily in places where things never slow down. Think sports venues, museums, and leisure facilities. Everything has to keep running smoothly, even during peak times.

We develop our software and a large part of the hardware ourselves. From ticket sales to access control: everything comes together in a single system. You ensure that customers can work with it effectively and that questions or issues are resolved quickly.

For our support team, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and genuinely helping customers.

What will you do?

As a Support Specialist, you'll be the point of contact for users of our systems. You'll help them with questions, resolve issues, and ensure they can get back to work quickly.

You'll interact with both clients and end-users and collaborate internally with colleagues from development and operations as needed. No two days are the same: one moment you're helping someone over the phone, the next you're working on a more complex solution or on-site.

In practice, this means:

  • You'll answer users' questions about our systems (by phone and email)
  • You analyze and resolve issues, or escalate them to the appropriate colleague
  • You assist customers' visitors with questions about tickets or reservations
  • You contribute ideas for structural improvements in support and systems
  • You help install and set up systems for new customers
  • You ensure that reports and solutions are clearly documented

Je werkt in een team waarin je elkaar helpt en scherp houdt. Omdat onze systemen ook buiten kantoortijden gebruikt worden, werk je volgens een rooster met af en toe avond- en weekenddiensten.

Who are you?

You get energy from helping people and stay calm when something doesn't work right away. You think in terms of solutions and don't stop until the problem is truly resolved.

You work in a structured way, can easily switch between different issues, and enjoy working in a technical environment.

What helps:

  • You have an affinity for software, hardware, and systems
  • You work methodically and maintain a clear overview
  • You are customer-focused and communicate clearly
  • You are comfortable working evenings or weekends according to the schedule
  • You have a driver's license

What do we offer?

You'll join a team where you'll learn a lot and have a direct impact on the experience of customers and users.

You can count on:

  • A salary between €2,500 and €4,000 gross per month (excluding vacation pay)
  • 26 vacation days and a pension plan through Bright Pensioen
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent position
  • Use of a company car
  • Lunch in our "bar" and regular get-togethers
  • A varied work environment with different clients and situations

This position is full-time, but part-time is also negotiable. What matters most to us is that you are committed and take responsibility.
