Your role

As an App Growth Consultant, you'll advise and guide our clients on their growth strategy. You'll use your specific expertise to drive results, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. Sometimes you'll tackle a client case completely independently, other times you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You'll be supported by a Client Manager, so you can focus on the content and impact.

What you'll do

You'll work on the complete growth of apps, using your expertise as a foundation to strengthen other facets:

• Developing data-driven growth roadmaps with reliable KPIs.
• Optimizing ASO: keywords, creatives, reviews, and A/B testing.
• Setting up and scaling UA campaigns (Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Collecting data via AppsFlyer/Adapt and translating insights into actions.
• Setting up and implementing retention and engagement campaigns: from push notifications and in-app messaging to subscription programs. (Using tools like CleverTap, Braze, OneSignal, or RevenueCat).
• Presenting results and advice to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Contributing to new propositions, events, and whitepapers to further Wuzzon's growth.

What you bring to the table?

You don't have to be an expert in everything (yet), but we are looking for someone with substance. We are looking for an all-rounder with a specialty: you understand how the various marketing channels work together, but already have in-depth knowledge in at least one area.

• HBO/WO level of education and a strong affinity for app growth.
• 2-4+ years of experience in app/mobile marketing from a successful growth role.
• You excel in at least one of the following areas and are driven to develop in the others:
• App Store Optimization (ASO)
• User Acquisition (Paid Social, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads)
• Customer Engagement / CRM (Retention)
• Experience with Data & MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust, GA4) is a plus, but the right analytical mindset is essential.
• Excellent Dutch and good English, both spoken and written.
• A mindset that is proactive, analytical, and results-oriented.
• You recognize yourself in our core values: freedom, responsibility, trust, joy, and improvement. Don't have all the checkboxes yet, but do have clear expertise in, for example, ASO (General Secondary Education) at UA that could help us immediately?
