That is why we are looking for a Product Quality Specialist who ensures that our products meet the highest standards - from development to delivery to the customer.

What will you do as a Product Quality Specialist?

As a Product Quality Specialist, you monitor the quality of our products throughout the entire lifecycle. Your duties consist of:

• Performing quality checks and product inspections during production and delivery;
• Performing acceptance tests in the factory and/or at customer locations;
• Analyzing quality data and identifying trends and risks;
• Handling and following up on deviations (NCRs), complaints, and CAPA actions;
• Initiating and performing root cause analyses for quality issues;
• Drafting and improving quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans; Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production to define and monitor quality criteria;
• Participate in supplier evaluations and qualification processes;
• Perform site inspections (including HS-related checks);
• Report findings to internal stakeholders and customers.

What do you bring?

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week;
• A completed MBO-4 or HBO education in a technical field or quality management;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or high-tech environment;
• Experience with quality control, auditing, data analysis, and problem-solving;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
• In possession of a B driver's license; You work accurately and analytically, and enjoy improving things;
• You are willing to travel occasionally (±20%).
