As a Mechatronics Technician, you play a key role in the assembly of our high‑quality automated automotive machines. You contribute directly to AWL's technological growth by building machines that strengthen our position in new markets. You always strive for perfection and work according to the highest quality standards - exactly what we stand for.

You will work on a wide range of projects: from compact welding cells to complete, industry‑specific production lines. This diversity, combined with the challenge of new markets, ensures variety in every project.

And that's not all! Together with an enthusiastic, multidisciplinary project team, you ensure our machines are transported flawlessly and successfully commissioned at customer locations worldwide. How great is it to install a machine at the customer site that you have built yourself?

This will be your day

7:30 You start the day with a project briefing. Together with the project team, you discuss tasks and challenges for the day and begin assembling machines. 11:00 Time to prepare for an external assignment. You tidy up your workspace so you can start the next day fresh. 16:15 Time to wash up and head home.
