About the Role:

We are seeking a strong Linux and Kubernetes expert to join our diverse team. In this role, you will support, manage, design and implement analytical platforms in a validated and regulated environment, while developing further expertise in R and SAS platform technologies. Direct POSIT/RStudio Server experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.

We value flexibility, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance. Our days start with a (virtual) stand‑up, where the whole team briefly discusses the previous day's progress and the tasks ahead. After that, each team member focuses on their own clients and responsibilities. Activities vary from solving incidents to implementing environment changes. When we are in the office, we enjoy having lunch together-or even a quick round of table football during the break.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Linux‑based environments.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes and containerised solutions.
• Support analytics, data integration, data management and BI platforms.
• Learn and support various data platform technologies over time.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with clients, both technical and functional.
• Collaborate with internal teams on solution design and improvements.

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes.
• Understanding enterprise IT infrastructure and networking is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

What We Offer

• Salary range: €4.000 - €7.000 gross per month plus 8% holiday allowance (depending on experience)
• 24 holidays, plus 1 additional day for every quarter without sickness.
• Option to receive 13 extra holidays for a 5% salary sacrifice.
