You will learn all the tasks directly on the job, whether in the office, with customers, suppliers, or partners. Service is paramount at Widenhorn! If our customers have a question, we want to resolve it immediately with the help of colleagues and our suppliers.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting our customers
- Processing everything in our Support system
- Installing our software via TeamViewer
- Staying up-to-date on all developments
- Proactively supporting customers
- Developing tips and tricks
- Supporting sales
- Translating our software
- Providing technical advice on our software and services
What do we expect?
- Interest in the Dutch manufacturing industry
- A customer- and service-oriented attitude
- Eager to learn: desire is more important than ability
- Solution-oriented thinking and working
- Independence and teamwork
- Ability to work neatly and accurately
- Good communication skills: Dutch and English
- Knowledge of external programming of CNC machines is a plus
- Knowledge of and experience with CADCAM & calculation software is a plus
