Onboarding
During your three-month onboarding at Ciphix, you dive into a great mix of technical learning and social interaction. With support from your buddy, you quickly find your way around the tools, processes, and team culture. Each week brings new challenges that help you grow and build confidence. It's a warm, structured start that sets you up for long-term success
Getting to know your stuff
You'll gain access to a powerful combination of online courses and our in-house knowledge platform. Expect plenty of hands-on practice, clear learning paths, and the opportunity to earn your certifications quickly. We make it easy to grow your skills, stay ahead in your field, and build confidence from day one.
Getting to know the Ciphians
You'll work from your own office with your own close-knit team, but you're welcome everywhere. Meet colleagues across departments, join for lunch, and drop by the weekly social drinks. We make it easy to connect, collaborate, and feel at home from day one-because building great relationships is just as important as building great skills.
Getting up to speed
You'll learn on the job with the right balance of guidance and freedom. We adapt to your learning style and give you the space to grow at your own pace, while always being there when you need support. Whether you prefer hands-on coaching or independent exploration, we make sure you feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Internal processes
Our internal processes are simple and flexible. We don't believe in excessive rules-just smart ways of working that keep things moving. We trust you to use your common sense, make thoughtful decisions, and ask questions when needed. Your growth & expectations
Quickly become fully involved in a client automation project.
Reach Senior UiPath Specialist level within two years.
Obtain all relevant UiPath certifications.
Have a dedicated Happiness Officer as a sounding board.
Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions on automation and RPA.
Organize one of the Ciphix events.
Create and actively maintain your personal growth plan.
