Organisation Design Specialist - TEMP (16 hours)

Are you an experienced Organisation Design Specialist who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, structure and data? Do you know how to translate complex organisational challenges into clear models, roles and decisions?

For an international organisation within the Work & Health / HR domain, we are looking for a specialist who can strengthen the HR Centre of Expertise with organisation design expertise and strong analytical capability.

In this role, you are responsible for designing, analysing and optimising organisational structures, roles and operating models. You work closely with senior stakeholders and HR to ensure that organisation design supports business strategy, performance and agility. You combine strong analytical skills with advisory experience and ensure consistency within governance, job evaluation frameworks and organisational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and redesign organisational structures (As-Is / To-Be) aligned with strategy and operating model
• Conduct organisational diagnostics (e.g. spans & layers, FTE development, role distribution)
• Identify inefficiencies such as duplication, unclear accountabilities or suboptimal structures
• Translate strategic direction into clear organisational models and role definitions
• Execute and support job evaluation processes (KornFerry Hay)
• Safeguard consistency in job grading, titles and role descriptions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HRBPs and project teams
• Support reorganisations, integrations and transformation initiatives
• Develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decisions
• Deliver impact analyses (cost, risk, organisational impact)
• Coach stakeholders on organisation design principles and methodologies

For this role, we are looking for a strong and independent professional who can operate at senior level.

You bring:

• 6-10 years of experience in Organisation Design, Organisation Development or HR Transformation
• Proven experience with job evaluation systems (KornFerry Hay is a strong plus)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with people/data analytics
• Experience in complex organisational change or transformation environments
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
• A structured, pragmatic and flexible working style
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience within a similar industry is a plus

You will be employed through our agency on a temporary contract for this assignment.

• Temporary assignment for 9 months
• Start: May 11th, 2026

• Salary up to €6,000 gross per month (based on full-time)
