Your Mission

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless modernization experience for our customers. You do this by bridging the gap between the old and new world, ensuring the quality of our software. Modernization is not just about new technology, but also about how it's used and the continuous drive to improve. Learning and experimenting is second nature to you, and you don't hesitate to bring your colleagues further along in this journey across our software capabilities.

What You'll Do

You will be part of a team primarily focused on modernizing our insurance platform-an essential component of our clients' daily operations. The quality and reliability of this software are therefore critical.

Within the team, you will take ownership of ensuring this quality. Using your knowledge of modern testing techniques, you help ensure that as much testing as possible is automated. Naturally, you do this in close collaboration with your team.

In addition, you actively share knowledge with other capabilities to continuously raise the bar for quality across the organization. You help maintain focus on the right priorities and contribute to the growth and development of your QA colleagues.

Your Skills & Experience

• You can fully build and implement automated tests.
• You have a strong sense of the business impact of our products.
• You motivate yourself and the team daily to improve.
• You can look beyond your own playing field and take colleagues along
• You have at least four years of experience with automated testing (including end-to-end).
• You have an affinity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD).
• You understand the importance of good documentation and test-driven development.
• You have knowledge of REST, SOAP, JDBC, BDD, and GIT.
• You have the drive to continuously learn new things

Additional experience that is a plus:

• Knowledge of insurance, specifically non-life and income insurance.
• Experience with Rest Assured or other test automation frameworks and reporting tools such as Allure.
• Programming experience, preferably in C#.
• Software development methodologies such as Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with AI in the test automation context.
