What will you be doing?
As a CNC turner, you will work on complex, high-precision components for industries including food, packaging, and high-tech. No mass production, but specialized custom work. You will:
You will have your own machine and follow the schedule established for it. You can start your workday flexibly between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM. While your machine is running, you will already be programming the next job or preparing a subsequent order. You are constantly focused on process, quality, and optimization.
Freedom and responsibility
At JMBA, you are given a high degree of independence. Work preparation does not dictate how you carry out your work or which tools you use. You make the technical decisions and take responsibility for them.
We expect you to:Onboarding & collaboration
You will be trained by an experienced colleague. After that, you will work independently, but never alone. Communication lines are short. You can always ask questions of colleagues, the team leader, or the production manager. We help each other. At the same time, we expect ownership and initiative.
Development & career growth
Do you already work with hyperMILL? Then you can further deepen that knowledge with us. Do you have basic experience? Then we will invest in additional training or a course. In addition, we offer growth opportunities toward 4- or 5-axis machining.
