The Challenge
The (Jr.) Functional Application Manager is positioned within the HRM, ICT, IM & General Affairs Department of Stamicarbon, the Licensing and IP center for the MAIRE Group. The (Jr.) Functional Application Manager reports to the Manager Information Management (IM).
As an (Jr.) Functional Application Manager you are responsible for ensuring the continuity and the development of the proper day-to-day operation and maintenance of Stamicarbon business applications and related business processes. The focus for this vacancy lies primary with SharePoint, Teams and CoPilot, and secondary with Power Platform and Dataverse. You have both functional and some technical skills for these platforms. Furthermore, you are knowledgeable in the field of Information Management, Data Management, Business IT, Master Data Management or alike.
You will provide functional assistance, second line support for troubleshooting and guidance for the Microsoft Office 365 stack to key-users and monitor the day-to-day usage, process performance and data quality. You also manage and execute RFC's from requirements and impact analysis to acceptance testing according to Stamicarbon development procedures. And you are able to implement and develop both technical changes end-to-end.
Within our team, the Application Manager forms the bridge between the business and IT for all related issues. Therefore, you can easily switch between content and process and manage the adequate use and functionality for multiple end users. You ensure documentation and instructions are up to date and adapted to our internal processes and help users with the understanding and use of our IT tools.
You are driven by your passion for supporting business processes with Information Management strategies and proactive and willing to contribute to further professionalization or data and information landscape.
The Candidate
This position will suit a person who has obtained a bachelor's degree in the fields of Information Management, Data Management, Business IT, Master Data Management or alike with some experience from internships in an international, multinational organization. You are analytical and practical thinking, have strong communication and troubleshooting skills. You focus on customer needs while being a strong team player. We offer a highly competitive gross monthly salary between €3.794,- and €6.318-, excl. holiday allowance, an annual bonus potential of 6%, and a profit sharing scheme; the package is depending on your qualifications and relevant work experience.
