Your role

Are you an OutSystems wizard who thrives on transforming complex problems into seamless, high-performing applications? Do you enjoy flexing your technical muscles while developing? If this sounds like you, keep reading as we are looking for an OutSystems Developer to design, develop, and implement game-changing applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications within the OutSystems platform.
• Be involved throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and fellow developers to turn ideas into functional applications.
• Write code cleaner and more efficient than your grandmother's kitchen.
• Follow development standards and best practices to keep quality high (and surprises low).
• Optimize applications so they run smoother than your morning coffee machine.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot issues faster than you can say "debug mode. "
• Stay up to date with the latest OutSystems trends, updates, and features, like a true tech enthusiast.
• Make sure security, privacy, and compliance are always part of the solution.
• Support testing activities and help deliver high-quality releases.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and understand deployment pipelines within OutSystems.
• Monitor applications, analyze logs, and proactively spot improvements before others do.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.

Your profile

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and bring 3-5 years of experience in software development, including 2-3 years with OutSystems.

Know your way around OutSystems O11, including Service Center, Lifetime, and environment management, supported by relevant certifications. Experience with ODC is a plus.

Have a track record of building high-quality, efficient applications in OutSystems and enjoy turning ideas into solutions that actually work in practice.

Are comfortable working with SQL, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SOAP, and know your way around databases and data modeling without breaking a sweat.

Understand CI/CD concepts and how deployments actually make it to production, and have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Can design and build applications that truly support business processes, not just technically, but practically, and know how to connect systems using APIs and event-driven architecture.

Enjoy solving complex challenges and turning them into smart, practical solutions, with an eye on performance (making things run faster than a caffeinated coder) and security (keeping hackers at bay).

Set clear goals, enjoy achieving them, and like going beyond expectations where possible, while staying curious and continuously improving yourself, our applications, and our processes.

Enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders, not just with code, and like collaborating face-to-face just as much as through a screen, typically being in the office around three days a week.

Have an eye for UX/UI, because great functionality deserves a great experience.

Are eligible to work in the Netherlands while being comfortable working in English in an international team.
