We are seeking a PeopleDoc Specialist/ DevOps Engineer with a strong problem-solving mindset, specifically focused on the PeopleDoc application. In this role, you will be responsible not only for configuringand maintaining system functionalities, but also for handling incidents as they arise. Your expertise will be critical in resolving issues within PeopleDoc, which serves as the contract management system for our employees. Given the dynamic nature of our systems, it is essential to ensure everything remains up-to-date and any incidents are addressed promptly, often in close collaboration with TCS. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who specializes in PeopleDoc and understands the impact that errors in documentation can have.

Creating new templates or letters will require you to know exactly which information to extract from SuccessFactors in order to generate accurate and compliant correspondence. While knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred, candidates who possess extensive experience with this platform will be given priority.

The candidate needs to have in depth knowledge of PeopleDoc together with comprehensive understanding of the SuccessFactors Platform.

Job Objective

• Maintain and configure the PeopleDoc application environment based on the requirements of the business and IT.
• Create and adjust document templates
  • Determine which data should flow to PeopleDoc Archiving from SuccessFactors Employee Central by mapping the correct fields
• Responsible for the integrations/ RPA
• Optimize system performance, reliability, observability: monitoring, logging, metrics, alerting, capacity planning
• Troubleshoot incidents, root-cause analysis, implement preventive measures
• In case of issues: creating and monitoring incidents with the vendor UKG
• Maintain Operational meetings with the vendor UKG

We also make use of ODM, owned and maintained by Onior and this is a NL Document Management System in which documents of NL employees are stored via an interface of PDA.
