The role in our strategy

Your.Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. Business Development is crucial for identifying growth opportunities, accelerating performance, and supporting M&A activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Set up and drive targeted initiatives to accelerate growth, both within and beyond current activities.
  • Work with Managing Directors (MDs) to translate improvement ideas into concrete plans and business cases.
  • This is a strategic role with a direct impact on the performance, growth, and value creation of the Performance segment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Strategic analysis - Initiate in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Stakeholder alignment - Translate technical and business insights into action plans for non-technical teams.

Success in the first year

  • In-depth market understanding: gain detailed insight into the dynamics of our core markets and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Improved KPI reporting: develop standardized dashboards and reports that make performance measurable and comparable.
  • Concrete business cases: implement at least 2 successful improvement projects in collaboration with local MDs.
  • M&A support: integrate quantifiable insights into our acquisition strategy and due diligence processes.

Your profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or M&A.
  • Master's degree in finance, business, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent financial abilities and project management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on: willing to roll up your sleeves while effectively delegating tasks.
