About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 F&O Support Consultant, you are the technical cornerstone of our ERP platform. You ensure system stability, resolve complex issues, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
You will be part of an ERP team of more than 10 professionals and serve as the central point of contact for over 35 entities across the EMEA region — seamlessly connecting end users, internal stakeholders, and our external Microsoft partner.
What will you do?
• Maintain and improve the stability, performance, and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, end users, and stakeholders to provide support and manage changes within the ERP environment
• Act as the central point of contact for resolving system issues and coordinating the resolution process
• Implement improvements and contribute to ongoing system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in global ERP projects and support broader system developments within the organisation
• Work closely with the external Microsoft partner on complex technical challenges
What do you bring?
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable support or consultancy role
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
• Experience with WMS or production modules is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Proven problem-solving ability with a structured, analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues
• Clear and effective communication skills — comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive mindset: you spot bottlenecks and take ownership
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus but not required
• At ease in an international, dynamic environment with multiple entities
