At Centix, we don't deliver software for the sake of software, but solutions for people who are out in the field every day. With a team of over 25 colleagues across two locations, we have been growing ambitiously for years.

What will you do?

As a Customer Support Engineer, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You help them when they get stuck in our software and ensure they can quickly continue their work.

You work in a close-knit and informal team and regularly collaborate with colleagues to find the best solution together. You are given the space to learn, make mistakes and develop yourself.

Experience is not required - we will teach you everything you need to know.

You are not just support to the customer, but a true knowledge partner.

What does a typical day look like?

• You answer phone calls from customers who need assistance
• You handle emails and support requests
• You dive into complex cases and work with support colleagues or consultants to find a solution
• You collaborate with the Product Owner on customer needs and software improvements
• You manage your own tickets and keep customers proactively informed
• You ensure customers are helped effectively and remain satisfied
• You coordinate with development / IT to investigate why something does or doesn't work - helping to continuously improve the software

What do we ask?

You don't need prior experience to join us. Just graduated? No problem - we will teach you everything you need to know.

We are mainly looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative and enjoys helping customers.

• A completed bachelor's degree (HBO), for example in Technical Business Administration, Logistics or a similar field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly
• An analytical mindset and the ability to ask the right questions
• Good command of both Dutch and English
• Knowledge of Excel (for example for analysing and importing data into Centix)
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus (otherwise you will learn this at Centix)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus (otherwise you will learn this at Centix)
• Interest in technology and a proactive attitude towards technological developments
