Within our growing organisation, you will have the opportunity to get the best out of yourself and further develop your personal skills. Together with three colleagues, you form our secretariat team. Together, you ensure professional and welcoming support for the entire organisation.
Your responsibilities include:
Front Office:
Back Office:
This will be your day
8:00 You start the day with a cup of coffee or tea and check the day's schedule. You prepare car keys and documents for colleagues who have booked through the reservation system, while answering questions in the inbox. 10:00 You review the secretariat's agenda to see which tasks need to be completed that day. In the meantime, you welcome visitors and answer phone calls. 13:00 After lunch, you manage the reservation system, process requests, and check invoices from hotels, car rental companies, and suppliers. Occasionally, you handle small facility-related tasks. No two days are the same. 15:00 You dive into fleet management, including planning maintenance and inspections, and ensuring the safe and reliable use of vehicles. 16:30 Before finishing for the day, you check for any incoming reservation requests and wrap up outstanding tasks.
