Your mission

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Retail Media & Content Team. This role supports the optimization of product content and retail media activities across marketplaces, helping improve visibility, performance and campaign execution. You will have the opportunity to work in an European team environment and the possibility to grow within Dorel organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support content updates and improvements based on performance data, keywords and marketplace insights, working closely with senior team members.
• Management and optimization of Amazon Brand Stores, product catalogs, product detail pages (PDPs) and New Product Implementations (NPI), ensuring accurate, high-quality and on-brand content.
• Improve content visibility and discoverability, supporting keyword research, content structure and optimization initiatives.
• Support the planning, execution and optimization of Retail Media campaigns on Amazon, contributing across the full campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor and support campaign and content performance reporting, helping identify optimization opportunities.
• Help troubleshoot content and campaign-related issues during execution, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to support consumer and performance analysis, learning how insights drive content and media decisions.
• Coordinate tasks and timelines with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery of content updates and campaign activities.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication or related.
• Strong communication- and excellent presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a creative eye for digital communication.
• Highly organized, structured, and results-driven.
• Possesses a proactive, can‑do attitude and is an excellent team player and connector.

What we offer

• A salary up to €40K, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
• This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
• You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
• You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
• The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
• The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
