Are you eager to kickstart your career in MedTech manufacturing and digital transformation? We’re looking for a motivated intern to support our IT and digital initiatives at our Leiden site. You'll work closely with experienced teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and help translate business needs into innovative technology solutions. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about building expertise in regulated IT environments and manufacturing systems.

• €750 internship allowance (based on 40 hours)

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for technology and a drive to learn. If you meet the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and looking for an internship for minimum 6 months up to 12-15 months;
• Experience or exposure in digital, project management, business analysis, or IT;
• Strong English communication skills.

You'll work closely with diverse teams to deliver innovative features that have a impact on business operations and prioritize customer needs:

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking digital project milestones under supervision; help maintain up-to-date project plans and dashboards;
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements; translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs; ensure traceability;
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration; facilitate communication, schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items;
• Support quality assurance, testing, and risk management;
• Learn and adhere to organizational processes and governance.
