What will you do as a

Corporate Recruiter

As a Corporate Recruiter, you are the key link between Fundaments and potential new colleagues. You search for, find, and convince candidates to join us. You know better than anyone where talent can be found and how to inspire candidates to start their journey at Fundaments.

What does the role involve?

• Sourcing talent through various channels (such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events)
• Selecting the right candidates through CV screening, phone intakes, and personal interviews
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the perfect match
• Employer branding: contributing ideas and actively supporting the development of our employer brand

What do you bring?

You are a people person with a sharp eye for talent and a natural flair for communication. You have a positive mindset, are proactive, and know how to get people excited. In addition:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter (either corporate or agency)
• You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• You are comfortable using social media and other sourcing tools
• Affinity with ICT

In addition, we offer an attractive pension scheme and 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract (a nice extra: you get an additional day off on your birthday). You will also receive a phone allowance of €25 per month and an internet allowance of €35 per month.
