Data Performance Analyst

Wat je gaat doen

Do you enjoy working with data and processes, and do you like analysing and resolving operational issues? In this role you will play an important part in identifying, registering and following up on issues within the order process.

When problems occur with orders or systems, you make sure they are properly logged in the ticketing system and assigned to the right teams. You monitor the progress of open tickets and ensure that delays are resolved as quickly as possible. In addition, you analyse ticket data to identify recurring issues and process bottlenecks.

You will work closely with several internal teams such as operations, warehouse, planning, customer service and IT. With your analyses and reports, you support management in improving processes and increasing operational performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

• Creating and managing tickets in the ticketing system
• Monitoring orders affected by open tickets
• Following up and escalating urgent operational issues
• Analysing ticket data and preparing reports
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order issues quickly

Wat we je bieden

You can expect the following:

• A salary between €2,719 and €3,308 gross per month (hourly wage €15.63 to €19.01), depending on experience
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km onwards
• A varied role where you work with data, processes and multiple teams

Functie-eisen

In addition to motivation and an analytical mindset, we are looking for the following:

• You have a good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• You have HBO level working and thinking ability
• You have experience with Excel and preferably Power BI
• You preferably have experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk
• You work accurately and have strong organisational skills
