In our Front Office Manager role at our Rotterdam headquarters you, together with the Office Manager, will be the friendly face of our front office—making everyone feel welcome and keeping things running smoothly while being the go-to person supporting colleagues with a variety of topics.

Your role

This Front Office Manager position has a dual focus. You’ll be the bright, welcoming presence at our reception while also taking action on supporting the Office Manager with operational office management tasks.

We’re looking for a social, people-focused colleague with hospitality at heart. Someone who loves to get things done, thrives in a hands‑on environment and keeps the energy high. You’ll play an active role in continuously improving our workplace experience, making sure colleagues have everything they need to do their best work.


What you will do

Front Office tasks include:

· Welcoming and receiving visitors and clients

· Keeping the reception area and coffee pantries presentable

· Answering phone calls and connecting with the right departments

· Handling tickets in Salesforce (our customer care & sales platform)

· Managing meeting rooms and parking spaces

· Managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages

· Registering visitors (Gobright)

· Ordering items such as lunches or other necessities


Supporting Office Management tasks include:

· Coordinating daily office activities

· Managing inventory, budgets, and procurement of office supplies

· Ensuring a professional look and feel of the office and interior

· Booking travel arrangements for colleagues

· Monitoring compliance with house rules and procedures

· Maintaining contact with suppliers and service provider

What you bring

· A naturally warm and welcoming personality, hospitality is simply part of who you are

· Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· A proactive, hands‑on and solution‑driven attitude, you don’t wait, you act

· Full‑time availability (40 hours per week). Or at least an availability of 32 hours

· You’re ready to get started soon
