They specialize in sourcing and managing high-quality, fully furnished properties across Europe (20 countries), with a strong focus on the construction and engineering sectors. Their mission is to make business travel and relocations feel like home, offering a seamless, end-to-end housing experience for employees on temporary assignments or long-term projects.

Description

As a Real Estate Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding the presence in the Netherlands, especially, withing the Amsterdam Region. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential corporate clients in industries such as construction, engineering, and project-based businesses.
  • You do not need to cold call!
  • Build and maintain a strong network of landlords, property owners, developers, brokers, and other partners to secure suitable accommodation options for clients.
  • Source and evaluate rental properties that meet the requirements of our corporate clients, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and first contact to negotiation and closing agreements.
  • Develop long-term client relationships by understanding their accommodation needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about local housing availability, rental prices, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful accommodation placements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with landlords and partners to secure the best possible terms.
  • Attend networking events, industry events, and client meetings to represent our client in AMS and strengthen brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the international team to support cross-border projects and housing solutions across Europe.

Profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, results-oriented
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Netherlands
