How You Add Value
Are you passionate about hardware (electronics) quality, reliability, and innovation? As a Hardware Systems Engineer , you play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest technical and quality standards.
You work closely with external design, development, manufacturing, and quality teams to validate new hardware and continuously improve our testing processes.
Your Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and document comprehensive hardware validation and test plans
Test and validate prototype circuit boards, components, and systems against specifications and standards
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and manufacturability
Apply the latest testing methodologies to enhance product quality
Prepare detailed validation reports and maintain accurate documentation
Support product introductions and sustaining engineering
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and compliance activities
Job requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in electronics hardware validation, testing, or engineering
Strong knowledge of electronic technologies and hardware solutions
Experience with test automation and scripting (Python, LabVIEW, C/C++)
Experience collaborating with external development partners, including defining hardware requirements and reviewing technical designs and deliverables
A structured, analytical and quality-driven mindset with strong communication skills
