OutSystems (Reactive and Mobile) Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development: Lead design and development of end-to-end OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce adherence to coding standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Technical Expertise: Create complex integrations, custom connectors, and extensions using C#/.NET if needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure proper application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and testing processes.

Required Skills:

1. Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems (Reactive and Mobile).
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
3. Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture, data modelling, and factory management.
4. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
6. Certifications: OutSystems Professional or Expert certification is highly preferred.
