Your Opportunity

Start working as a Commercial Customer Support Representative at team.blue , a leading player in online services. Team.blue offers products and services such as hosting, domain names, professional email solutions, and websites.

As a Commercial Customer Support Representative , you will be the face of team.blue . You will answer customer questions and advise them on additional services or products that will enhance their experience, helping them get the most out of our services. For this role, you must have an affinity with IT and a commercial mindset, so you can actively advise customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

What your day looks like

After a cup of coffee, you open your email and check for any new developments or replies from customers you've spoken to before. Then, you start the day with a short team stand-up. Here, successes are shared, lessons learned are discussed, and the daily goals are agreed upon. After that, you get to work on:

  • Answering customer phone inquiries

  • Analyzing customer wants and needs

  • Advising on our products and services

  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling

  • Building lasting customer relationships

  • Ensuring a positive customer experience with every conversation.

You work with targets, which energizes and motivates you. You see achieving your goals as a challenge and an opportunity for personal development.

Your profile

  • You have strong communication skills in Dutch (fluent) and are customer-focused.

  • Have an affinity for IT.

  • You are commercially oriented and proactively identify opportunities (sales driven).

  • Enjoy customer service by phone.

  • Motivated by targets and challenges.

  • You are eager to learn and open to coaching.

  • Enjoy collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • You are results-oriented and forward-thinking.

  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
