Your Opportunity

We're looking for a new colleague for our Support Team who thrives on clarity and structure. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others with administrative and financial questions? Then we're looking for you!

Don't have all the necessary knowledge yet, but are you motivated to learn? No problem. We'll teach you how our processes work, what to look out for, and how to take on increasing responsibility independently.

What does your day look like?

You'll start with a cup of coffee and check in on what's come in. Think of customer questions about an invoice, colleagues who want to know how an administrative process works, or an audit that still needs to be performed. No two days are the same, but your duties will include:

• Answering administrative and financial customer questions

• Supporting colleagues with questions about invoicing and procedures

• Identifying where processes can be made smarter or clearer

• Contributing to standardizing working methods across various team.blue brands

You don't have to know everything already. We do expect you to be curious, ask questions, and always want to go the extra mile.

Your Profile

The most important quality? A desire to do things well.

• Works accurately and has an eye for detail

• Handles tasks independently

• Enjoys creating order in chaos

• Is customer-focused and helpful

• Communicates clearly in Dutch and English

• Has an affinity for IT (preferred, not required)
