Developer

We're looking for a developer with 5+ years of experience. Someone who loves building meaningful, behavior-driven digital experiences. You know how to turn game concepts and design specs into solid, performant products, and enjoy working hands-on with a multidisciplinary team from first idea to final delivery.

What we're looking for

• You're technically strong, with a sharp eye for code quality and what makes a product feel good to use.
• You can translate game mechanics and UX designs into well-structured, maintainable code.
• You have a background in software development, computer science, or a related field.
• You have experience with the full development process - from technical design and prototyping to development, testing, and launch.
• You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team alongside game designers, UX/UI designers, visual designers, and producers.
• You're a true team player with strong communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly to both colleagues and clients.

Who are you?

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience.

• You work and think at HBO (applied) or university (WO) level.

• You're interested in behavior change and understand how technology can support learning through play.

• You're comfortable picking up new tools and technologies - you like to build and explore.

• You speak and write Dutch and/or English at a good professional level.

• You're able to work from our Rotterdam office when needed. Being based in the Netherlands and available for in-person collaboration is essential.
