As we embark on the next phase of our development-both organically and internationally-we are seeking an energetic and analytically strong (Senior) Business Controller to help us achieve this goal.
Where you come in
As a (Senior) Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting SIG's commercial and financial performance in a rapidly changing business environment. You will act as a strategic finance partner to the Sales, Delivery, and Management teams, providing clear insights into performance drivers, revenue composition, profit margins, and opportunities for future growth.
With a growing emphasis on partner-driven growth and scalable revenue streams, you will help translate strategic initiatives into effective financial guidance, forecasts, and management reporting. Your contributions will strengthen our performance management framework and enhance our finance and reporting processes, including improvements to our ERP and reporting systems.
Additionally, you will support SIG's international development agenda by driving organic commercial expansion and, when necessary, assisting with acquisition and integration activities. The (Senior) Business Controller will report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders throughout the organization. Requirements
Completed a Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
Preferred experience as a Business Controller or Senior Business Controller.
Alternatively, relevant experience in Transaction Services or a Finance Manager/Finance Director role will also be considered.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Highly data-driven and comfortable working with financial systems, models, and reporting tools.
Experience in a technology, SaaS, or service-oriented environment is a plus.
Experience in an international business environment.
Affinity for process improvement and financial systems, including ERP and CRM environments. -
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Certinia is advantageous.
