In this role, you combine strategic insight with a strong ability to turn ideas into validated, scalable solutions. You work closely with healthcare organizations, product development, and colleagues from commercial teams to successfully bring innovations to market.
Your responsibilities
As an Innovation and Business Developer, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and validating new propositions within the healthcare market. You work in line with our strategic direction and translate market developments into impactful, concrete solutions.

Designing and developing new value propositions based on customer needs and strategic ambitions.

Market and trend analysis

Your team
As an Innovation and Business Developer , you are part of the commercial team of Nedap Healthcare and work intensively with various disciplines within the business unit, with a strong focus on collaboration with technology. You continuously interact with developers, product management, marketing, customer success, and sales.

The salary range for this role is between € 4.400 and € 6.300 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.
