Wat ga je doen:

• Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van geautomatiseerde testframeworks voor de webgebaseerde SaaS-producten van Caseware
• Uitvoeren en begeleiden van functionele, integratie-, regressie- en exploratieve tests
• Samenwerken met ontwikkelaars en productspecialisten om user stories, acceptatiecriteria en testbaarheid te verfijnen
• Analyseren van vereisten en technische ontwerpen om risicogebieden en kritische testscenario's te identificeren
• Onderzoeken, documenteren en opvolgen van defects met duidelijke reproductiestappen en impactanalyse
• Verbeteren van testdekking, testbetrouwbaarheid en de algehele QA-processen
• Begeleiden en coachen van junior SDET-teamleden
• Stimuleren en uitdragen van best practices op het gebied van kwaliteit binnen de engineeringorganisatie

What you will bring:

• Medior (3-5 jaar) ervaring in QA-, testautomatisering- of SDET-rollen
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het testen van complexe webapplicaties, bij voorkeur SaaS-producten
• Sterke analytische en kritisch denkvaardigheden, met een gestructureerde aanpak van probleemoplossing
• Hands-on ervaring met testautomatisering met moderne tools en frameworks, specifiek Cypress
• Gedegen kennis van de softwareontwikkelingscyclus (SDLC) en agile methodologieën
• Vermogen om duidelijke, onderhoudbare en goed gestructureerde testcases en code te schrijven
• Comfortabel in het werken binnen cross-functionele, internationale teams
• Goede coördinatievaardigheden en het vermogen om continue QA-bewustwording binnen het team te stimuleren
• Goede beheersing van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels

Nice to have:

Ervaring in domeinen zoals audit, accountancy, financiële rapportage of compliance-software Ervaring met CI/CD-tools (bijv. GitHub Actions) en Atlassian-producten zoals Jira en Confluence ISTQB- of andere QA-gerelateerde certificeringen Kennis van cloudplatformen en moderne webarchitecturen Ervaring met het bijdragen aan teststrategieën of initiatieven op het gebied van kwaliteitsverbetering
