Bedrijfsomschrijving
Our client is a leading international player in the mobility industry with a Global HR Centre of Excellence based in Almere. They operate across ten different countries, including the Benelux, France, the UK, and Poland, fostering a vibrant and diverse international culture. Currently, the company is navigating a significant transition phase, resulting in a dynamic and agile work environment where no two days are the same. You will join a dedicated team that manages HR governance, compensation, and benefits for our global operations while supporting key integration projects. We offer a workplace where flexibility is key, and where you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure business continuity during this exciting period of change.
FunctieomschrijvingDo you have a broad generalist background, but do you also have a proven interest in Compensation & Benefits? We are looking for a flexible colleague to strengthen our Global HR Centre of Excellence (COE) during an exciting transition phase.
The Global HR team is looking for extra capacity to ensure business continuity and support on projects. In this role, you are officially an HR Generalist, but your primary focus (at least 60% of your time) will be on Compensation & Benefits. You will work closely with the HR team and report to the Head of HR. You will be working in an "agile" way, meaning your agenda can change daily based on ad-hoc requests and incoming projects.
You will support the team with a variety of topics, ranging from data analysis to policy implementation. Your main tasks include:
• Compensation & Benefits: You are responsible for pay grade benchmarking and the registration of benefits, as well as Performance Management
• Data & Reporting: You handle FTE reporting and forecasting
• HR Governance & Policies: You assist with reviewing, requesting, or rolling out HR policies globally when requested
• Project Support: You support the HR team on various HR projects
• Stakeholder Management: You advise stakeholders at all levels and communicate with HR managers across 10 different countries (including France, UK, Poland, and the Benelux)
Functie-eisenWe are not looking for a solitary specialist, but for a true all-rounder with a "spark" and a hands-on mentality. You do not need to be a C&B expert, but you must have a demonstrated interest in the field (e.g., experience with salary structures or administration).
• Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
• Experience: You have approximately 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience in an HR Generalist role
• Focus: You have an emphasis on, or a strong affinity with, Compensation & Benefits
• Language: You have excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is not required)
• Systems: Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus, but not mandatory
