As a Technical Application Specialist TAB, you will build, manage, and deploy cloud hosting environments for the applications we offer as SaaS solutions to our customers. You'll be active in both critical operations and projects, working with Microsoft Azure and our private cloud environment. As infrastructure increasingly shifts toward software, we focus heavily on automation within our cloud infrastructure. We are currently in the midst of a transition to Azure. As a Technical Application Specialist TAB, you'll play a key role in this transformation, while also supporting our legacy platform.

At Exact Cloud Services, you and your colleagues in the Cloud Platform department are responsible for the technical deployment and management of the Exact products we host. Our goal is to relieve our customers of technical concerns and provide them with a true SaaS experience.Our hosting platforms support around 400 customers who use Exact products and related applications in a hosted environment. You'll work in the Cloud Platform team alongside other engineers who understand the business context and requirements. You'll learn from them, and they'll learn from you. You're a team player who can also work independently.You bring strong technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize. You're customer- and service-oriented, solution-driven, and always looking to grow. You're proactive, professional, and passionate about your field-without being boxed in by conventional thinking

This = what you bring

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in a professional, service-oriented IT organization.
• You're not afraid to work with new or unfamiliar products and integrations.

• Preferably certified with AZ-900 or AZ-104.
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Microsoft Entra Connect Sync, AVD, (MSIX) app attach, and/or Bicep.

Bonus points for experience with:

• PowerShell
• Windows Server / Active Directory
• Automation tools such as: (Ivanti Manager)
• Security and patching tools (Microsoft Defender, Ivanti Security Controls, Tenable)
