As a OutSystems Solution Engineer, you combine hands-on OutSystems development with full ownership of the application lifecycle. You play a key role in accelerating digital transformation by delivering scalable, high-quality, and user-centric OutSystems applications while acting as the functional and technical owner of your solutions. You will join a collaborative and ambitious team at a pivotal moment of growth, where you will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into well-designed, reliable, and future-proof applications, taking ownership for both delivery and long-term evolution.

We also ask for:

• Minimum one year of experience in OutSystems development, with hands-on experience in OutSystems Cloud (ODC) or OutSystems 11.

• Ability to combine hands-on development with end-to-end solution ownership and delivery planning.

• Knowledge of Reactive Web, Traditional Web, and Mobile applications.

• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in database design, SQL, and application integrations (SOAP/REST APIs).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Confidence in leading discussions with business users and translating challenges into actionable digital solutions.

• Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent agents is a plus.

• OutSystems certification (e.g., Associate or Professional Developer Certification) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Working closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, and propose suitable digital solutions.

• Taking end-to-end ownership of one or more applications or projects, from ideation and design to development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Creating user stories, defining screen flows, and maintaining backlogs or tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and predictable delivery.

• Designing, developing, and optimizing low-code applications using the OutSystems Cloud (ODC) platform.

• Planning development roadmaps, delivery timelines, and release calendars for your applications.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate OutSystems applications with external systems (REST APIs, SOAP services, databases).

• Implementing and maintaining DevOps practices to ensure continuous integration and delivery.

• Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to OutSystems development standards and best practices.

• Driving continuous improvement through feature enhancements, performance optimization, and structured bug resolution.

• Acting as the primary point of contact for your applications, coordinating with stakeholders, IT, and external partners.
