We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can turn cutting-edge LLM capabilities into practical, high-impact AI solutions used daily by global frontline teams.

What you'll actually do
Take AI features from PoC to production , serving tens of thousands of frontline workers across multiple industries
Build end-to-end ML/LLM capabilities embedded in daily workflows such as communication, knowledge access, and task execution
Translate real frontline challenges (time pressure, language barriers, limited digital access) into simple, reliable AI experiences with measurable impact (adoption, efficiency, reduced friction)
Iterate rapidly using usage data, latency, quality metrics, and user feedback , optimizing for mobile-first, high-scale environments
Work closely with product and engineering to define success in terms of user value and business outcomes (e.g. MAU growth, efficiency gains, lower support load)
Raise the AI quality bar by mentoring engineers and setting standards for production-grade, user-centric AI
What you bring
PhD or MSc in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI engineering, including at least 1 year with Generative AI (LLMs, VLMs, or multimodal models)
Strong Python skills, including async programming, and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn ; hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph
Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions in production; cloud experience (e.g. AWS AI/ML services) is a strong plus
Experience building REST APIs and microservices using Docker and Kubernetes; orchestration best practices are a plus
A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, mentor junior colleagues, and clearly explain AI trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
