Your impact
As a React Developer, you play a crucial role in strengthening the heart of 's marketplace: our energy producers . You'll take ownership of the front-end development of a brand-new producer engagement platform - the primary digital touchpoint for our producers. This platform will provide radical transparency, meaningful data insights, and intuitive tools that help producers stay connected to and actively participate in the energy transition.
Working closely with engineers, designers, and product stakeholders, you'll turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions - ensuring a high-quality user experience and a future-proof codebase.
In this role, you'll be reporting to Aviv Hasson, Engineering Team Lead.
What you'll do
Build the new Producer Platform by taking a leading role in front-end development, from early concepts to a production-ready, scalable React application.
Develop and maintain high-quality products, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability .
Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to solve complex technical and product challenges.
Review code across the Digital team, contributing to a high standard of code quality and shared best practices.
Share knowledge actively through our Guilds structure, helping raise the overall engineering bar across .
Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and occasional check-ins.
Drive your own growth, working closely with your manager to shape your technical and professional development.
What you bring
4+ years of experience as a React software engineer , with a strong foundation in modern web development.
A strong product mindset - you care about the end-user experience and enjoy building products from scratch.
Experience working with TypeScript in a production environment.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, ensuring reliable and robust software.
A curiosity-driven mindset - you enjoy learning, improving, and staying up to date with new technologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively across disciplines.
Bonus points if you have experience with React Native and/or back-end development (for example with Scala/Kotlin).
