Job description

As an ecommerce support representative, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our ecommerce business. You'll have frequent customer contact and ensure the efficient handling of questions, orders, and returns. Your role is not only service-oriented but also contributes to the commercial side of things.

You recognize sales opportunities in customer contact and know how to capitalize on them appropriately. You also work with systems and collaborate with logistics and e-commerce colleagues.

• You answer customer questions via chat, email and telephone
• You combine service with commercial customer contact
• You process returns and ensure correct handling
• You process and manage sales of returned goods
• You take care of order processing and liaise with the logistics department in this regard
• You identify recurring questions and recognize commercial opportunities

Within MIKA, B2B distribution and ecommerce work closely together. The ecommerce department is responsible for online brand positioning, online visibility, and executing ecommerce projects through brand webshops and marketplaces.

The team

You'll work within a compact e-commerce team in an organization of approximately 20 FTEs. We focus on content, with short communication lines and strong ownership. You'll be based at our office in Lisse.
