Function

Eekels | TBI is seeking a Lead Engineer Power Systems for its Kolham location. As Lead Engineer Power Systems, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of the project. Together with the Project Manager, you will determine the strategy for achieving the planned project results.

What is expected of you?

The Systems Business Unit operates under the Marpower brand and is a leading player in power converters and automation solutions for the maritime and offshore markets. Within the Power Systems cluster, it develops, manufactures, and supplies high-quality power electronics for energy storage, drives, DC distribution, grid conversion, and shore power connections. These systems are fully automated by the Marpower Automation platform for power and energy management, among other things.

Experience

• Completed higher professional education (bachelor) in Electrical Engineering;
• At least five years of experience in designing electrical installations;
• Systems thinker, with an affinity for electronics and power electronics;
• Good analytical skills, creative and decisive;
• Commercial insight;
• Willingness to carry out short-term assignments abroad;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
