To further expand our ambitions and growth, Signetbreedband, part of the European team.blue , is looking for an experienced Sales Manager. In this role, you enable the Sales team to be commercially successful by providing our customers with the best internet and networking solutions. What your day will look like
As a Sales Manager at Signetbreedband, you are responsible for creating and managing challenging sales processes and leading a team of seven Account Managers active in multiple market segments.
Your main focus is on developing and expanding new and existing relationships in the business market. These sales processes often involve complex managed networking challenges, as well as related products and services. It is your team's task to convince our customers of the added value we provide as an IT service provider, and that is a challenge in our rapidly changing world!
Your profile
We are looking for a Sales professional with a strategic vision and a hands-on approach to commercial growth. You know how to clearly translate this into team performance and individual sales targets, and you motivate and activate your colleagues to achieve them. In addition, you have the right knowledge and experience to report clearly and systematically on results such as revenue, margin, customers, and actions. Close collaboration with colleagues in Product Management and Marketing comes naturally to you, because you understand that success is achieved together.
