Graduate Program
A graduate program for young professionals, specifically developed to boost your career and become a professional in cybersecurity, data, software, or cloud. Together with fellow talents, you enter a program with specific training sessions and personal guidance, in order to kick-start a successful career at Itility.
What is the Graduate Program?
An intensive program with an interesting combination of working and studying. The dedicated skill trainings and personal guidance will make sure you feel comfortable and ready to start your career at Itility. You start with four months of on-the-job training in an internal project. This allows for learning new soft and hard skills in a 'safe' environment while experiencing how to work in a production environment. In sprints of two weeks, you will deliver real results, while also following the necessary content-based training sessions. In addition, we will provide you with specific skills-based training sessions from our Itility Academy.
Next is your first project at the customer, working on a specific assignment that best suits your newly developed skills. You will work in a team of fellow Itilians, get a taste of the working environment, and meet our enterprise customers such as Ampleon, ASML, KPN, Marel, NXP, and Vanderlande.
