Operator Two-Shift System

Join a growing, modern food production company as an Operator. You're responsible for your own slicing line—ensuring smooth operations, maintaining product quality, and making quick adjustments as needed.

You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.
• Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards.
• Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician).
• Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process.

You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,200 per month, including a 14% shift allowance.
• Permanent contract with a stable, growing company.

• Travel allowance from 10 km one-way at €0.23 per kilometer.
• 190 hours of vacation per year, 8% vacation pay, 3.25% year-end bonus, and a solid pension plan.
